Tribeca Loft

We transformed this landmarked building’s 2-bedroom loft apartment into a space that speaks to the building’s past life as a factory while simultaneously incorporating the clean and sophisticated elements true to the mixed aesthetic. In a gut renovation, we overhauled the kitchen and both bathrooms, leveled the floors, introduced new bathroom and kitchen layouts, and installed new fixtures and cabinetry. The décor was a mixture of new purchases and existing items from the collection.

We used the original cast iron columns as initial inspiration for the look as well as the layout, utilizing the natural spaces created by the columns to design a harmonious multi-use room.
