Park Avenue Edit

This 4-bedroom pre-war apartment is in the same building as “A Family Affair on Park Avenue”. At the time of purchase, this space had been lived in for 50 years and was in need of a major overhaul. The client viewed the aforementioned apartment and decided to hire BMD to achieve a similar aesthetic for this one. We aimed for a calm, clean, versatile aesthetic, and transformed the space to have an open floor plan. Oversized sliding doors separate the kitchen from the dining/ family area, changing the once-formal dining room and closed in kitchen to an open, family-friendly plan.
